MAULANA AZAD NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME FOR MERITORIOUS GIRL STUDENTS BELONGING TO MINORITIES(2016-17)

Maulana  Azad  Education  Foundation  is  providing  Maulana  Azad  National  Scholarship  of  Rs. 12,000/-each  (6,000/-  in  XI  &  6,000/-  in  XII)  for  the  economically  weaker  and  meritorious girl  students  belonging  to  National  minorities  (i.e.  Muslim,  Sikh,  Christian,  Buddhist,  Parsi, and Jain).  Fresh  Applications  for  scholarship  will  be  invited  through  Online  Application  System for  registration  only.  The  scholarship  is  provided  to  Meritorious  Girl  Students,  who  have passed  Class-X  in  2016  from  all  Minority  students  for  the  year  2016-2017.  The  online application  system  is  under  revision  and  will  be  coming  very  soon.

sir/madem.ఏటీఎం కార్డు, ఇంటర్నెట్ బ్యాంకింగ్ వినియోగదారులు వెంటనే తమ ఖాతాలకు సంబంధించిన పాస్‌వర్డ్‌లను మార్చుకోవాలని దేశంలోని అన్ని బ్యాంకులు తాజాగా హెచ్చరికలు చేస్తున్నాయి. హెచ్‌డీఎఫ్‌సీ, ఫెడరల్ బ్యాంక్, డీసీఎస్ బ్యాంకులు ఇప్పటికే తమ ఖాతాదారులను మసేజ్‌ల ద్వారా అలర్డ్ చేస్తున్నారు. ఏటీఎం మోసాలు రోజురోజుకూ పెరుగుతుండడంతో ఖాతాదారులకు సేఫ్ బ్యాంకింగ్‌పై అవగాహన కల్పిస్తున్నారు. సెక్యురిటీ గార్డు లేని, జనావాసాలు లేని ప్రాంతాలలో ఉన్న ఏటీఎంలను ఉపయోగించకూడదని బ్యాంకులు సూచిస్తున్నియి.

కేరళ, ఢిల్లీ, చండీఘడ్ రాష్ట్రాల్లో వెలుగు చూసిన ఏటీఎం స్కాం నేపథ్యంలో బ్యాంకులన్నీ తాజాగా ఈ ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేశాయి. తమ ఖాతాల నుంచి లక్షల రూపాయల నగదు మాయమైందని పలువురు ఏటీఎం వినియోగదారులు ఫిర్యాదు చేయడంతో కేసులు నమోదయ్యియి. దీంతో బ్యాంకుల అధికారులు ఈ చర్యలు తీసుకున్నారు. కొందరు దుండగులు ఏటీఎం సెంటర్లలో స్కిమ్మింగ్ పరికరాన్ని అమర్చుతూ వినియోగదారుల డేటాను పసిగట్టి, డబ్బులను దొబ్బేస్తున్న విషయం తెలిసిందే. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో దేశంలోని అన్ని బ్యాంకులకు ఆర్‌బీఐ హెచ్చరికలు జారీ చేసింది.

దేశంలోని 650 మిలియన్ ఏటీఎం కార్డుల్లో దాదాపు 60 శాతం కార్డులు మ్యాగ్నెటిక్ స్ట్రిప్‌ను కలిగి ఉంటాయి. అందులోనే అకౌంట్‌కు సంబంధించిన సమాచారం ఉంటుంది. అయితే స్కిమ్మింగ్ పరికరం ద్వారా దొంగలు ఆ మ్యాగ్నెటిక్ స్ట్రిప్‌ను స్కాన్ చేస్తున్నారు. అందువల్ల మ్యాగ్నెటిక్ స్ట్రిక్‌ బదులు ‘చిప్ బేస్డ్ ఈఎంవీ’ విధానాన్ని వాడాల్సిందిగా బ్యాంకులకు ఆర్బీఐ సూచిస్తోంది. అంతేకాకుండా ఆర్బీఐ మరో ముఖ్యమైన సూచన కూడా చేసింది.

ప్రస్తుతం ఏటీఎంలలో రెండు రకాల మెషిన్‌లు ఉన్నాయి. ఒకటి కార్డును స్వైప్ చేసి, వెంటనే తీసేసి ట్రాన్సాక్షన్ చేసుకోవచ్చు. రెండో రకం మెషిన్‌లో అయితే మన ట్రాన్సాక్షన్ పూర్తయ్యే వరకు కార్డు మెషిన్‌లోనే ఉంటుంది.

 ఈ రెండు రకాల మెషిన్స్‌లో మెదటి రకం మెషిన్ కొంచెం సేఫ్ అని,

అలాంటి మెషిన్స్‌లో ట్రాన్సాక్షన్‌కే ఇంపార్టెంట్ ఇవ్వాలని ఆర్బీఐ హెచ్చరిస్తోంది.

NABARD was established on the recommendations of Shivaraman Committee, (by Act 61, 1981 of Parliament) on 12 July 1982 to implement the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Act 1981. It replaced the Agricultural Credit Department (ACD) and Rural Planning and Credit Cell (RPCC) of Reserve Bank of India, and Agricultural Refinance and Development Corporation (ARDC). The initial corpus of NABARD was Rs.100 crores. Consequent to the revision in the composition of share capital between Government of India and RBI, the paid up capital as on 31 March 2015, stood at Rs.5000 crore with Government of India holding Rs.4,980 crore (99.60%) and Reserve Bank of India Rs.20.00 crore (0.40%). RBI sold its stake in NABARD to the Government of India, which now holds 99% stake.

International associates of NABARD include World Bank-affiliated organizations and global developmental agencies working in the field of agriculture and rural development. These organizations help NABARD by advising and giving monetary aid for the upliftment of the people in the rural areas and optimizing the agricultural process.
